How's life going guys?? For me as always well latley anyways fantastic...I'm soo happy as i have no issues and I'm living to the fullest...my trip is coming up if you guys didn't already know that haha...met an interesting guy today...he's actually very good looking and has a lot to talk about which is hard to come by these days...but none the less I must keep in mind I'm going away for two weeks what do I have to loose right...having a good time that's what it's all about...living..going out tonight going to boose it up as usual just to make it extra special but I have to be careful as I have a hair appt tomorrow at 8:00am can you believe it I guess I can sleep afterwards....hahha as I have a few friends coming up for the BBQ event on Sunday and one has to be able to party Saturday night and Sunday wheoow I got a lot on the plate for this weekend I better be prepared and purchase the booze before I go out...haha Drinks are so expensive in the City, we need to start a fund for Katie's drinking...haha Well guys I'll talk with you soon and once again just to let you guys know I thank my lucky stars for all of you every night....

Hey how is everyone feeling today??? Hopefully fantastic...as I'm doing wonderfully...haha would you expect anything less...no absolutly not...besides that I'm working hard today note that I'm writing here this can be chalenging haha...actually just reviewing last night...we celebrated Steven's Birthday you guys missed out we had a great time..and of course we stopped by the hillbilly bar, my favorite bar "THE SALOON" best dive in the city....Grant and Columbus..dinner was cool too...Pasha I think is the name of the place it's a Moroccan Restruant in the city....something different...A bit expensive but the atmosphere is amazing..even the music it just rocks...nice romantic date place, as its a bit sensual...both Steven and Michael were dancing at the hillbilly bar...I think that place just does it for people...there's no image issues there...and I got to give those two credit they were getting down....also we found out that Steven likes brunettes haha....thats one for the books...haha :) I also talked with my best friend Yuri today...I love that guy even though he's always mad at me for something...I still love him and he also blames all our disputes on me it's okay I understand he's a jerk and can't help it haha...besides that I was contemplating last night that I really have the best friends in the world and I can't understand why I'm so lucky to have such great friends in my life....thanks again guys for being you you guys crack me up...I can't wait till Sunday as your all going out of your way to make my BBQ so much fun...thanks Anyways I was also thinking ...as always ahhh never mind that thought is for me..I'm still looking for that smile that makes me soooo happy...:) It's amazing when someone's smile can make the hugest difference in your life...it just reminds me of something I read...."for all the times your not smiling your passing up the opportunity for someone to be falling in love with your smile.." Something like that...food for thought....but that smile is amazing....Also did you guys know " that happiness is like purfume you can't possibly put it on others without getting some on yourself " haha....take care and I'll talk with you guys soon as I'm not making any sense.....

Hey guys, I'm so excited I just made my first hostel confirmation...yeah baby..London 4 days I feel good oh yeah....it was a big step you know...but how can I beat $15.73 a night...I'm getting nervous but I think it's more out of excitement..I'm going to be thinking about you all when I'm gone..not working haha just hanging out practicing the art of doing nothing what more could I ask for...oh yeah...orgasmic that's what I'm talking about haha....I still want to thank everyone for all your support I could have never imagined doing something like this without all of you..thanks Besides that I hope everyone is having an awesome day..I have to tell you how much fun I had on my AT, I meet some really awesome people which always makes it exciting. I actually had some of the best training I've ever had this AT. I learned all kinds of cool stuff..I can only give credit of my success this AT to the trainers and the individuals that helped me along the way, taking the time to show me rocking shit I've never taken the time to learn...maybe I was just in the mood to learn but like I said the credit goes to those individuals who gave me the instruction...as little or as much it all combined itself to one great mass of intellectual experience. Every AT also always gives me the challange of working with so many different individuals and becoming accomodating to every sistution...so another thanks to all that gave me the opportunity to work with you it was eye awakening as I think I got my prescription changed in the last two weeks...thanks again...anyways I'm continuning my dept to the United States today and for the rest of the week..but I'm being productive as usual...getting those updated manuals for you guys so keep that in mind haha....also getting ready for my BBQ..this sunday..I can't wait it's always great seeing all my firends who are sooooo diverse get togeather and mingle...makes for an interesting afternoon...I love you all you guys have been way to good to me..I can't thank you enough..and I thank God everyday for all the wonderful Friends and Family I have been bleesed with..I know that sounds strange coming from my mouth, but we all have our own ways of beleiving...haha Take care guys and I look forward to seeing everyone before I leave...

Today, here at the Armory we spent all day packing up the gear for tomorrow...to get our convoy on..very exciting. Lots of field trainning to come in the next two weeks...it should be fun..haha I've also met a lot of really interesting people this drill as we are drilling with a different unit, but still the people always seem to amaze me. They come from all over with different personalities and backgrounds, its facinating to me to have to mingle through everything and sort differnet sistutions out. You really learn to function with so many different personalities. Its difficult but has its benefits and challanges..well i'm going to go I'm not making much sense...

Last Day At Work *** SCAREY ***
You never know what you have done or who you have touched, lives you have mingled with,or fates that have been changed, in a certain time, "until that final hour." Until the thoughts and words of others come to the front, and you hear them, I mean really hear them for the first time. You see, hear and do things that you never that could really happen. It's amazing the changes you see when you get your vision checked...it's really amazing when you realize you just got it checked a year ago and the huge difference it makes with the new prescription. Life is funny that way, you see on the way to work today I realized today was different, it's my last day of work for the next 3 months, everyday hereafter with explode with new experiences, challenges and adventures. The experiences that are about to grow before my very feet, are something I can't even imagine. I can't even conjour up a fantasy, that could even measure up! And, let me tell you I've got a pretty vivid imagination..haha..I'm here at work about to shut of my computer, and this is where I've realized I won't shut down an office computer for at least 3 months..wow It sounds exciting but I have to say its a bit frighting, this is my security and it's gone. Nothing is guaranteed and I know that I say it all the time, its just funny reality is setting in...scarey. I can't wait to share all my experiences and thoughts with all of you I have invited to view my journal, and feel free to pass the site along, it'll make it more exciting..I hope this adventure will be inspiring, amazing and exciting. I hope you all take the time to travel and experience what I am about to embark upon...other cultures, lives, beleifs and countries...
Lastly I want to thank you all for your overwhelming amount of support of "Katie's 2003 Bon Voyage" I'll make you proud. I'm also very thankful to have each and every one of you in my life, thank you for all that you give me. You guys are my true inspiration, without you I wouldn't be me....haha

Hello Everyone, I'm trying hard to get this started so be patient with me...haha I'm sitting here today contemplating everything I still need to get done, and in the mean time getting too excited doing it all...wow so I'm almost out of this work thing for awhile what will I do with myself..I guess really practice the "Art of Doing Nothing" haha..I actually already think I'm a scholar at that haha..Well I've got to get my cards ready to go so everyone will have this link..oh and my e-mail address I think there is somewhere I can post it on this site...we'll see..well guys till tomorrow, as I've got to start practicing on this so I can get comfortable with it..it's going to be our link for the next 3-4 months...wow I can't wait..thanks guys and I'll talk with you all soon remember I'm getting ready for the going away party...yeahhhhhh
